As the holidays are coming to a close, Capcom has seen fit to remind everyone that things are going to get insanely exciting as we head into the new year. Why? Because of the 3DS and it’s insane graphics!Capcom has released some all-new images, screenshots and artwork from both Resident Evil: Revelations and Resident Evil: Mercenaries, and they seek to remind you that the 3DS is one heck of a powerful machine. If you didn’t’ know better you’d think you were looking at new Xbox 360 games.
Resident Evil Mercenaries 3D Edition will include re-mastered levels taken from Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5 with the same great shooting gameplay that the side-games are known for, in both co-op and single-player; Only this time you can shoot zombies in stereoscopic 3D!
The gameplay is a race against time as you seek to kill as many enemies as possible within the time limit, while collecting items that can increase your encounter. Scoring kills back to back to each other will chain combos and thus increase your score.
New to the 3DS version is Claire Redfield, who makes her Mercenaries debut. You’ll also be able to play as Krauser, Hunk and Chris Redfield, among other as-of-yet unknown characters. Additions to the gameplay include the ability to run and shoot at the same time(!) and touch-screen functionality.
Built from the ground up for the Nintendo 3DS, Resident Evil Revelations sees Jill Valentine and Chris investigating a deadly threat on board a stranded cruise liner. The pair will need to fight for survival as they explore the dark and claustrophobic environments both at sea and as the action moves to dry land in an all-new entry in the Resident Evil series.

Child’s Play charity reaches 1.18 million in 2010
Posted: Tue, 14 Dec 2010 18:20:33 +0000
The annual Child’s Play charity, which raises money to give toys, videogames and other needy items to children’s hospitals, has already exceeded their one million dollar goal for 2010 with two weeks still to spare before Christmas. The total now stands at $1.18 million dollars raised by gamers everywhere which will go towards the toy drives for kid’s hospitals worldwide, from the United States to Egypt, Canada, New Zealand, Britain and Australia.
2009′s total was $1,780,000 so there is still a ways to go to beat last year’s earnings, but hopefully gamers will pull through.
A big boost for the 2010 total came from a charity auction in Seattle that auctioned off many one-of-a-kind items from developers and publishers worldwide. The auction was a resounding success and raised $183,000.
Be sure to donate to the Child’s Play charity today if you are able, and help give kids everywhere a Merry Christmas.
The Child’s Play Charity was founded by Penny Arcade creators Mike Krahulik and Jerry Holkins.
Now here is an awesome video of a real-life Halo 3: ODST helmet that was created specifically to be auctioned off for the Child’s Play charity. Whoever got the winning bid is one HECK of a lucky Halo fan!

Thatgamecompany’s 3rd game Journey announced for PS3 with first trailer
Posted: Tue, 14 Dec 2010 17:56:36 +0000
The first trailer for Journey has been revealed. If you haven’t heard of the game before, it’s the next title from ThatGameCompany, creators of critical darlings FlOw and Flower.Like those previous games this one too is a PlayStation 3 exclusive via the PlayStation Network.
Journey is a very unique game in which players traverse barren landscapes for an as of yet unknown goal with only the ability to explore and . . . sing, which can alert you to the presence of other people playing online on their own journey’s of discovery.
The trailer shows gameplay footage for the first time, and the game looks just like it did in screenshots, which is beautiful and atmospheric.
This is a game that has real deep meaning hidden behind the simple gameplay, as the game was inspired by the sense of loneliness that astronauts who have walked the moon felt. An idea the creator decided to explore due to his conversations with people who knew those lucky few who had achieved the crown achievement of exploration and lived to tell the tale.
Here is the official trailer.
3D Animation TV

Can be defined as animated as a quick review of a series of images of works of art, or any situation model to create the illusion of movement. This phenomenon, the persistence of vision causes the optical illusion of movement. You can create it and also shown in a number of ways.

3D animation and television not only helps the viewers but also that it gives a lot of scope for different companies. TV ads in the major marketing tool used by different companies. I usually do not appear in many ads and movie theaters also you do not get to your goal all the spectators in the hall of cinema and theater. TV is still a great way of advertising.

In some cases, to send messages tension in the real actors are not always possible and some may not want to do this kind of story, as well as problems in working with real people who may have differences. With moving images is to solve this problem. Therefore, 3D animation television is not only a great tool for entertainment but also for companies or other professionals, and even the government.
